HIEMUL是(shì)專為(wèi)超高(gāo)溫油基鑽井液設計(jì)的(de)乳化(huà)劑，通(tōng)過強界面吸附與雙電(diàn)層穩定機(jī)制(zhì)，顯著降低(dī)油水(shu±ǐ)界面張力，形成耐高(gāo)溫高(gāo)壓的(de)穩定乳液，有(yǒu)效控制(zhì)濾失并維持流變性能₽(néng)，保障深井超深井作(zuò)業(yè)安全******。

HIEMUL is an emulsifier specifically designed for ultra-high temperature oil-b™ased drilling fluids. It significantly reduces the oil-water interfacial tension t®hrough strong interfacial adsorption and double electric layer stabilization mech'anisms, forming a stable emulsion that is resistant to≈ high temperatures and pressures. This effectively controls filtrati≤on loss and maintains rheological properties, ensurin<g the safety and efficiency of deep and ultra-deep w£ell operations.

l 抗溫性強，體(tǐ)系抗溫性220℃以上(shàng)；

l 流變性優異，220℃老(lǎo)化(huà)前後流變性變化(huà)不(bù)大(dà)，粘切适中；

l 濾失量低(dī)：220℃老(lǎo)化(huà)後高(gāo)溫高(gāo)壓濾失量小(xiǎo)于6.0mL；

l 抗污染性能(néng)優異：抗鑽屑、地(dì)層水(shuǐ)污染能(néng)力強，鑽屑污染後破乳電(diàn)壓和(hé)濾失量變化(huà)不(bù)大(d‍à)。

l Recommended dosage: 4% to 8%;

l Strong temperature resistance, with the system capable of ©withstanding temperatures above 220°C;

l Excellent rheological properties, showing minimal changes in rheo÷logy before and after aging at 220°C, with appropriate viscosity and yield point;

l Low fluid loss: The high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) fluid los÷s after aging at 220°C is less than 6.0 mL;

l Outstanding contamination resistance: Strong resist₽ance to contamination from drill cuttings and forma€tion water, with minimal changes in demulsification voltage and fluid l™oss after drill cuttings contamination.

包裝Packaging

采用(yòng)鍍鋅桶或塑料桶包裝，包裝牢固、密封良好(hǎo)，可(kě)根據用(yòng)戶需求提供200L、50L兩種分(fēn)裝規格。
